Founded in wake of 2024, Finley Technology Solutions (FTS) was the brain child of Ben Finley, combining his experiences from working in various fields together to fill a unique need in the community. Family is something we sometimes take for granted because they are always there, but in times of need, they are there for us. Technology, in today's world, is something we take for granted, but when it breaks or something goes wrong, we don't always have a trusted person to go to. That was the place he wanted to step into. A place where people can trust the work that is being done and feel like they are operating on the same playing field. A Safe-Space to work together where you know that you are being taken care of and everything will be just fine.
Ben at a very young age was always into technology or anything "gadgety." Always curious about how something worked. As years went on that curiosity turned into a passion for learning new things, how to take apart computers, tweak, and fix computers to make them do what he wanted to do. Over time this developed into something larger and his interests expanded beyond "kitchen table" computer projects. He enjoys working with and helping others achieve the best they can. He has a wide span of knowledge in computer systems and networks, but also has experience working in the field of A/V and Technical Theater for 15 years, as well as his degree in computer science. He believes all of this combined together puts him in a different place among others in the MSP world. He is one that never gives up when a challenge is presented to him and will put forth 110% effort in all that he does. To quote Captain Kirk, "I do not believe in a No-win Scenario."

What does Faith-Based Mean?
Some people might question what it means when I say that this is a Faith-Based business. To me, it means that we are a business that values Godly principles and honors His Word. We will only do work that is honorable, shows value, integrity, and loyalty to each other and those around us. I do not want people to misunderstand, not all of us here believe in the same things, but we do believe in our work. I also believe in accepting everyone for who they are, because that is all God asks of us; to come to Him as you are, nothing more, nothing less. I personally want to bring that here. Come as you are, we are here to help.
Am I some crazed Left or Right winger that is out to make everyone follow what I believe? No. I believe in Integrity, Honesty, and Loyalty so we can do the best job possible for our clients. Does that mean all of us here believe in the same things spiritually, religiously, or otherwise? No, though we do accept everyone for who and what they are. With all that said, we all share the same belief of providing the best service possible to those we serve within those 3 key values of Integrity, Honestly and Loyalty.
Growing up in a Christian household, I was raised to follow His Word and Commandments. That is what I continue to live by. As a Christian we have the responsibility to share the story of Christ and the Hope that He gave the world. I have accepted Jesus Christ as my Savior, and believe everything that is said in the Bible, John 3:16. If you are in a place where you feel something is missing in your life, and nothing fills that void. All I ask is that you just say a short prayer and ask God to reveal Himself to you. It may not happened instantly, but it will, and I promise you, you won't regret it.
